Driver Requirements

Southern Cal drivers are among the safest and highest performing transportation professionals in the industry. Our standards ensure that we maintain a fleet that you can be proud to be a part of.

Minimum Requirements

• 6 months OTR driving experience.
• Less than 3 accidents in last 3 years.
• Less than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUI/DWI within last 5 years.
• No felony convictions within last 7 years. Convictions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• No misdemeanors within last 5 years.
• No reckless driving within last 3 years.
